What is SALT?
A heart pumping, calorie burning full-body workout layering intense plyometric movements with strengthening isometric holds to build lean muscle and sweat away excess fluff.
All classes are intelligently choreographed to music to aid in connecting your mind and body for extra intensity and fluidity of movement. Whether you're stacking endorphins in our 7x7 HIIT sports conditioning class or punching and pliéing to your best body, you will leave SALT exhausted, invigorated and covered in sweat.
We use various functional strength tools to up the ante, like sandbags, resistance bands, lower body loops and balance balls. No class will be the same and no muscle will be left unworked.
We are so passionate about fitness and community and cannot wait to continue to build our SALT squad. Although our classes are taught for every level, we have no easy option. Go hard, Stay Salty SF. We're with you.
