Seven circuits of seven sports & strength conditioning exercises are incorporated into a 60-minute class for ultimate fat burn and strength gains. thoughtful mobility warm ups prime the body for the use of resistance bands, sandbags and bodyweight burners to shed away layers of fluff and build strength and endurance.

THIS INTENSE GIVE-IT-ALL-YOU'VE-GOT HIIT WORKOUT WILL PUSH YOU TO YOUR LIMITS. NO TRICKY CHOREOGRAPHY HERE- WE'LL BUILD BASIC MOVEMENT PATTERNS INTO CONDITIONING COMPLEXES, SHORTEN REST TIMES AND USE TEMPO AS OUR INTENSIFIER. **This class uses HIIT protocols and will include plyometric training to get the heart rate up fast, those rehabbing hip, knee, ankle and spine injuries should avoid these exercises.

A monthly cardio dance party @ SALT. In this hip swaying sweat fest resident SALT dance pros will lead you through a contemporary dance routine step-by-step until you twerking like Miley or bouncing like Bey! Light snacks and refreshments are provided. Because of the length and workshop nature of the class it is not included in our monthly membership.
SALT BUMP (pre-natal)
A challenging 60 minutes of full body prenatal workout for fit mothers-to-be including upper and lower body strength training, labor-training cardio conditioning and core strengthening belly-pumping and breathing drills. All SALT BUMP clients will be asked to schedule a complimentary intake appointment with the studio before beginning programming,
